Hotel Booking Policy

01. 100% Advance is required to confirm the booking.
02. Card/Cash/UPI accepted for room booking.
03. Only cash accepted for all orders made at the property.
04. Booking confirmation will beguaranteed by the authority by issuing voucher on company letter head.
05. Check in 1 PM and Check out 12 PM.
06. Guests can use the kitchen with proper hygiene.
07. Consuming outside food is allowed.
08. All guests are requested to maintain proper code of conduct during their stay as the villa is in a gated complex with other residents living in different villas.
09. No loud music allowed.
10. Parking facility available.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Authority reserves right to cancel, amend and evict all arriving guests on ground of misconduct and operational purpose.
