ACCEPTED IDENTITY PROOF

Foreign  Guests: Kindly carry Original Passport, Valid ILP and Visa for hotel check in. Scanned Copy of the same should be emailed to Kolkata Office (reservation@ecoadventureresorts.net) before the commencement of the check in. Domestic (Indian) Guests: Kindly carry Original Government approved Identity Card (Driving License/Aadhar Card/Passport/Voters ID card) of every check in guests, including children. The same must be submitted at the time of check-in. Please note that PAN Card will NOT be accepted as a proof of identity.

OCI Card Holders: Need to carry OCI Card. Guests will not be allowed to check-in and the entire amount paid will be forfeited in case they are not able to produce a valid ID.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS

• Rates do not include beverages, laundry, mineral water and camera charges at destination
• Rates do not include any extra food or beverage ordered not included in the package.
• Rates do not include entrance fees, porterage, tours/excursions and transfers not specified in the quote.
• Rates do not include cancellation, baggage and medical insurance; staff gratuities; Any new government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control.
• Rates do not include any activity not mentioned in the inclusions.

CHILD POLICY

• Child upto 5 years are complementary.
• Child rates applied for Children with age from 6 years to 11 years
• Children above 12 years are considered as adults and Extra adults charges applied.

LIQUOR POLICY

Outside liquor is strictly prohibited at the Resort.

RESTAURANT HOURS

• Breakfast: 8:00 HRs to 10:00 HRs
• Lunch: 12:00 HRs till 14:30Hrs
• Dinner: 19:00 HRs till 21:30 Hrs

*Last order for dinner to be given by 20:00 Hrs

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that our guests travelling to India shall purchase a Comprehensive travel insurance to cover theft, loss and medical problems (as well as air evacuation), and it is being strongly recommended. Some policies exclude potentially dangerous activities such as scuba diving, cruise, skiing, motorcycling, paragliding and even trekking; read the fine print and purchase one you may deem necessary for your travel. The management or any office employee(s) or any office staff(s) of the resort shall not taking any responsibility or liability during the participation of any activity.

STANDARD NO SHOW POLICY

No refund is applicable for no show. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30 days before check-in: 25% cancellation charges applied.
• Between 30 – 15 days before check-in: Cancellation charges would be 50% of the total invoice amount.
• Bookings cancelled less than 15 days before check-in or No Show: 100% Non-Refundable.
• Long weekend bookings, and peak datesDurga Puja, Dussehra, New Year, Christmas, Holi and Diwali are non-refundable. – Prior to confirming all bookings, we request all guests to please go through our “TERMS and CONDITIONS”, and “Proof of Identity” at the top.
• No cancellation charges shall be refunded to any traveler/s in case the booking is cancelled by any of the sides due to Act of God or force majeure, act of war, insurrection, revolt, terrorism, government restrictions and regulations, civil uprisings or unrest or revolt or disturbances, military action, strikes unnatural weather, thefts, pilferage and/or epidemic and pandemic.

OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES

The management or staffs or employees of ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow shall not be held responsible or liable to the travelers for any affect due to Act of God or force majeure, act of war, insurrection, revolt, terrorism, government restrictions and regulations, civil uprisings or unrest or revolt or disturbances, military action, strikes, unnatural weather, thefts, pilferage and/or epidemic and pandemic.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS

100% advance booking.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and /or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, replica rolex explorer watches its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that maybe caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

GUESTS BELONGINGS

The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s belongings or any other property. It is further to mention that in the case of any damage or loss of belongings of any guest/s due to theft and /or fire, the resort authority or any of its members and staffs shall not be held responsible

LEFT LUGGAGE

If left luggage is found, then the courier charges for sending the material across will be applicable.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The guest/s shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guest/s or any person for whom they are responsible.

PERSONAL CAR PARKING

Limited car parking facility available at the resort free of charge

INDEMNIFICATION

ECO Adventure Resorts – The Temi Bungalow shall not indemnify any traveler/s in any nature whatsoever for any loss or damage during the tour.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE RESORT

1. By booking/making reservation of the tour the guest agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the resort.
2. The entire tour in case of reservations at ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow includes accommodation and meals at the Resort. Travel to and from by Road must be booked separately at an additional cost.
3. Consumption of Alcohol drinks is allowed only at the specified areas.
4. In case of any accident and/or unseemly incident, ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow or its staff members cannot be held responsible.
5. Neither the tourist(s) nor any other person shall have the right of action claim, whatsoever against ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow or its staff members in respect of any injury whether fatal or otherwise.
6. ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow or its staff members will not be responsible for any inconvenience or delay to the tourist (s) howsoever and whatsoever caused, or of any loss or damage to the tourist (s) and/his property, howsoever/whatsoever caused.
7. For the Safety and Security of the tourist (s) and the staff members, ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow reserves the right and may be compelled to debar tourist (s) from any tour during its pendency. This clause shall also be applicable to those tourist (s) who fail to comply with any of the foregoing rules and regulations.
8. It is compulsory for all guests to produce a valid government approved identity card for checking in into ECO Adventure Resorts The Temi Bungalow , absence of identity card for any individual may result in barring them entry into the resort.
   In such case they will have to organize their transfer back to their own city at an additional cost, which will not be covered by the resort. Kindly see “Proof of Identity” for what documents are allowed.
9. In case of any unsolicited fault of the vehicle substitute vehicle arranged may not be qualitatively similar.

JURISDICTION All disputes in any nature whatsoever shall be subject to the Court of Law of Kolkata jurisdiction.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY

Check In – 1300 Hours
Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, previous night reservation has to be made.
Check Out – 1200 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

As per Government notification, guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel. For example, Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter’s Card, Driving License, (PAN card as Id proof is not accepted)

Children age proof (Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate) is required for Child above 5 years.

Guests are required to put signature in the room list at the time of check-in.

Photo ID Proofs for the guests is mandatory. The same needs to be shown at the time of security check at Resort.

Check-out time: 12:00 Noon. Late Check-out will be on the sole discretion of the Front Office Manager / Resorts Manager and the approval for the same have to be taken at the time of check-in (subject to availability).

However, the following Charges would be levied: 12:00 Noon to 2:00 pm; 50% of the room charges (on subject to availability). 02:00 pm onwards; full day charge.

On failure of the Guest to vacate the room on expiry of the check-out time mentioned in the confirmation voucher, Management shall have the right to remove the Guest and his/her belongings from the assigned room/s.

The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and/or damage to Guests belongings or any other property from either the room or locker, or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. In case of Bill to Company guest needs to sign the bills. Personal cheques will not be accepted.

PARKING

We have complementary parking space at the property on first come first serve basis. (Limited).

RATES POLICY

Eco Adventure Resorts, Khairabera, Purulia reserves the right to change the room rates and polices without giving any prior notice.

NO SHOW POLICY

Standard no show is treated as non-refundable cancellation.

EXTRA ADULT & CHILD POLICY

5 YEARS AND BELOW YEARS STAY FREE.
Children from 6-11 years: INR 1500/- with breakfast ;Additional Adult 12 years and above: INR 2250/- with breakfast ;
Tax Slab: (0 –7500 = 12% GST) (7501 and above = 18% GST)

DRIVER POLICY

The resort has limited facility for allowing Drivers to stay at the property. We would encourage our guest to pre-book the same for guaranteed availability.
Drivers Accommodation: INR 999/- + 12% GST per night with meals and accommodation in driver’s dormitory.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is allowed at designated areas of the property.
Rooms are “No Smoking”

MANAGEMENT

The Management can change any or all of the above Terms & Conditions at anytime at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

Gutka & Plastics are not allowed inside the premises.

All disputes, differences or questions arising out of this transaction shall be settled by arbitration as per provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and venue of such arbitration shall be at Kolkata only.

In respect of the arbitration proceedings initiated pursuant to the transaction envisaged herein and in respect of all matters pertaining to this transaction only. The Civil Courts in Purulia City shall have jurisdiction to the exclusion of all the other Courts.

Not with standing anything stated above Eco Adventure Resorts Khairabera shall not incur any liability to the Guest if it is not in a position of fulfil its obligation by reason of any war, civil commotion, force majeure, act of God or any notification or order of any court of law or government or the local body (s).
